Sheet mask is a face mask made from a variety of materials, such as nonwoven fabric, cut out and soaked in serum containing active ingredients. Cleanse your skin and apply a toner before you use a sheet mask. The toner prepares the skin and makes it easier for it to absorb the serum from the mask. Leave it on for 20 minutes, then gently massage the excess serum into your face. Finish off with your day or night cream. We recommend using a face mask no more than once a week as a complement to your regular skin care routine.

Find a sheet mask based on your skin type.

Normal skin
Normal skin is usually deemed to be the most problem-free skin type and has a good balance of oil and moisture, which means it doesn't feel dry or oily.

Dry/sensitive skin
Dry skin lacks moisture and can therefore feel tight, which can cause the skin to become irritated and red.

Oily/Combination Skin
An oily or combination skin type is caused by your sebaceous glands overproducing oil. The T-zone often looks shiny, and large pores often appear on the nose, cheeks and forehead.

If you are unsure of your skin type, you can easily do a test at home to find out.
- Wash your face with a gentle cleanser and carefully dry it with a clean, soft towel.
- After about 30 minutes, your skin will begin to react. If you become shiny, you probably have oily skin, and if only your T zone becomes shiny, you have combination skin. If redness, blemishes or dry areas occur, you most likely have sensitive/dry skin, and if you find that your skin maintains a good balance, you probably have normal skin.
